Allison was very friendly and patient, but the property manager on the other hand not so. She stated that she did not feel comfortable with me living on the property. To say those words as I am a different race was very disrespectful and uncomfortable. As I will not take away the fact that the property is nice but, I will never live anywhere where I'm uncomfortable, or talked to in a way that I was. Hopefully no one else has to go through this as I have. I wish you all the best.
My fiancée and I just moved in to Madison and few months ago and have loved our time so far. The apartments are very spacious and the patio outside is a bonus. The staff here are polite and the maintenance crew is simply amazing. Only complaint would be the amount of kids running around in the evenings without any supervision in and out of the streets. This is really my only complaint about this property.

It's a wonderful community with all the amenities like a play area, basketball court, good parking space, and wide roads for evening walks. The leasing office is very active, whatever complaint you post they take it very seriously and solve it as quickly as possible. what I like the most is they keep organizing events, storytelling, Halloween, and Thanksgiving events so residents can connect with each other.
On Labor Day I woke up around 6am and it was extremely warm in my apartment. I checked the thermostat and it was 79 degrees. I typically have it set at 74 while I sleep. It was running but not cooling at all! I called the hotline and asked to have maintenance come. Dan showed up and got right to work. The unit had frozen up. Dan checked everything and even used my hairdryer to thaw it out. He was amazing and got the problem fixed quickly! The only downside was it took forever to cool the apartment down. Thanks Dan!
Maintenance at Madison Prairie Point is really top-notch. Requests are filled almost immediately and the maintenance employees are easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m always amazed at how quickly they respond to my request!
I'm staying in this apartment for close to 36 months and really love this clean environment, landscape they maintain. Apartments are really built nice way with all required amenities and also the community has all further benefits right from Gym, Swimming Pool, spacious parking & leasing Office Internet for urgent needs. Last but not the least - the office members and technical staffs are too awesome and friendly that all your questions are answered immediately and also the service requests are resolved as early as possible after logging the same. Overall good place to live and definitely would be good home!
